While visiting the Island, my husband & I ate at your wonderful establishment. The food was the best we ever ate. The only thing better than the Tomato Pie, was our little server,HOLLY! She is the best thing ever! We wanted to take her back home with us!!! We'll be back... and hopefully HOLLY will still be there!

We loved our visit to your island and to your great southern restaurant. We bought a copy of The recipe manual and I have tried out a couple of "southern" dishes on my yankee neighbors. They loved everything. You better be ready for a flood of visitors from up north to hit you for some of the great food and wondeful hospitality that we experienced at The 4th of May Cafe.

While on a vacation to the southern coast we happened to visit your beautiful Island. What a great lunch we had at your delightful restaurant. I enjoyed the delicious shrimp salad and my husband had your Fresh fried shrimp. They were wonderful. That evening we went to a highly recommended Seafood restaurant for more shrimp. They cost us twice as much, weren't as fresh and a terrible disappointment. I hope anyone who plans to visit your area will skip the high priced, "highly recommended" places and consider your cafe with a very high reccomendation from folks from Colorado.
